Facial Vein Removal
Now men and women alike are making unsightly facial veins a thing of the past. Small, facial veins (or “telangiectasia”) can be treated quickly without bruising or complication.
What areas can be treated?
Patients report excellent results over their entire faces and necks.
What is diffuse redness?
Diffuse redness is a general appearance of facial redness, such as rosy cheeks. This condition is caused by dilated capillaries, resulting in an appearance of general redness, not discrete, well-defined vessels. The most commonly affected areas are the nose, forehead and cheeks. Diffuse redness is often associated with a condition called rosacea and it can be hereditary. Laser vein removal will help your appearance by gently treating and reducing this condition.
Who can be treated?
We can treat patients of all skin tones, ask for a consultation and we will advise you if facial vein removal is right for you.
How many treatments do I need?
Often, patients find that one or two treatments are sufficient. However, the number of treatments necessary depends on the number, color, and size of the vessels being treated.
When will I see results?
Most patients find that the majority of the treated veins have shown significant improvement within two to six weeks of treatment. However, your final results may not be apparent for several months.
